Shelley had gone through a lot before making it to Chiappetta Shoes. She had chronic pain in her feet for over 25 years. Shelley has had eight ankle surgeries and two fused ankle joints. Her foot over supinates (foot faces outward when walking), had knee pain, and back pain. Being a CNA, these issues can prevent Shelley from doing her job at her full potential. Shelley's pain was to a point where she would cry in pain.

Luckily, Shelley was able to come across Chiappetta Shoes through an app called Nextdoor. Shelley began the path to solving her foot pain by booking an appointment for Tony or Fred Chiappetta (Certified Pedorthists). The pedorthists will watch how you walk, assess your foot type, and listen to your specific pain points to help problem solve your foot pain.

Once Shelley received her orthotics, she was able to get comfortable in them within a couple of days. Shelley then started to feel an amazing relief from the orthotics. Not only was her foot problem solved, but also her ankle, knee, and back pain.
