A longitudinal support starting just past the end of the heel bone, 1/8” in thickness and 2.5” to 3” in length made with Cushion Cork. Good for plantar fasciitis, general heel pain, pronation control, supination control, and stress reduction from instep
A perpendicular support starting just past the heel bone, ¼” in thickness and wraps from lateral to medial edge of insert. Good for plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, general heel pain, lack of fat pad in heel.
Aligned approximately ¼” behind the 1st metatarsal head, 1/8” thickness, size depending on insert size made with firm SR Poron (grey). Good for neuromas, Morton’s neuroma, hammer toes, and toe cramping.
Wider version of classic metatarsal pad, aligned approximately ¼”

Aligned from mid-rear heel to 5th MPJ base, 1/8” thickness, size
dependent on insert size made of cushion cork. Not recommended for most conditions. Good for over-supination. Should be combined with motion control footwear
Aligned approximately ¼” behind 1st MPJ, 1/16” thickness and

A MPJ cutout for any metatarsal heads made of 1/8” in thickness cushion cork. Good for offloading one or two injured MPJ’s creating a depression zone. Can be filled with SR Poron if ulcer or hotspot is evident.
Extra heel cushion is a great way to add shock absorbsion to the calcaneous or elevate the heel to reduce loading on the Achelles tendon. To alleviate Achilles tendon issues we recommend 1/4" Poron (polyurethane). For extra shock absorption, we recommend 1/8" Poron
A lateral heel bar is located directly below the cuboid bone and the top option to reduce the amount of supination in the rearfoot. This is most effective with 1/8" Multi-cork material at a 55 durometer hardness and wraps up the external lateral wall of the insert.
