High Rigid Arch
High rigid arches are often a bit wobbly with over-supination issues.

Medium Arch
Medium arches are nice and stable with a little pronation on each step accompanied by good posture.

Low Arch
Relatively stable but a good amount of pronation with each step and a slight amount of an inward alignment on the ankles.

Flat-Flexible Arch
With every step your foot flatten and splays to the outside and are often accompanies by postural issues.
