Crafting custom orthotics requires precision. We used a dremel tool to bevel edges, creating a depression zone filled with materials like p cell, SR poron, and XRD poron for comfort. Layering four materials with different durometers, we addressed a customer's unique foot challenges, such as callusing and leg length discrepancies, resulting in tailored orthotics for a specific pair of shoes.
